Common questions

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Open the App Store app, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, then select Mended AI to change or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your Mended AI purchase, and request a refund. If you run into trouble, email us and we'll help.

In the app, open the You tab, go to account settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your saved account and recovery data. Some records may be retained when required for legal or payment compliance.

Check that the app has camera and microphone permission and that you're on a stable connection. Close and reopen the app, then try again. If it keeps failing, email us with your device model and what you saw.
