These terms govern your use of Mended AI. By using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Not medical care

Mended AI provides informational, AI-guided recovery support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency care. Always seek professional medical advice for health concerns. If symptoms feel urgent, call emergency services.

Use of the app

You are responsible for the information you provide and how you use app suggestions. Stop any movement that increases pain, feels unsafe, or causes new symptoms.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices, trial terms, renewal timing, and cancellation rules are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

Accounts and deletion

You can delete your account in app settings. Deletion removes saved account and recovery data, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mended AI is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the app.
